There's no weight/robustness to this mouse. Looks & feels flimsy. It wasn't as large as I was expecting either (man hands!). I had to revert to my older Logitech mouse, as this one was giving me pins & needles in my hand/arm. The clicking noise was very irritating too - not subtle but LOUD! The side back button was too "loose" - there was no firmness to the click & it's positioned a tad too far back for smooth access. This is the 2nd mouse bought from Tecknet that has turned out poorly - won't be buying again.

I bought the Tecknet wireless mouse to replace my older one.
Glad I decided to go with another Tecknet product, I have mobility issues with my hand and this mouse is comfy to use and well designed with side buttons and perfectly curved features

This product was easy to set up, very functional and gives me added functionality.

I had problems getting this mouse to work with rechargeable batteries and came across this comment on another website. The fix worked for me."...the problem with some NiMh batteries is that it won't work, real culprit is the positive end of the NiMh rechargeable batteries they are shorter compared to normal batteries and cannot make the contact with the positive side of the mouse battery space. All you can do is make a tiny fold of aluminium foil just about 1mm and place it over the positive side the the mouse and then install the NiMh batteries and Voila!! "

Have bought this brand of mouse before and loved it so would recommend. It fits nicely into my hand and no problems with wi-fi.
